You can spend your days at the rooftop pool, play on one of the resort's four golf courses, relax at the resort's day spa, bike or walk the many trails, enjoy a game of tennis at the tennis center, or fish in the bay or one of the many stocked lakes.

If its the surf and the sand you long for, a quick shuttle or bike ride from the condo will take you to the south's most beautiful beaches! Beachside service and a pool reserved for Baytowne guests are available for your use.

When we had the opportunity to purchase a vacation home, Sandestin was the easy choice. Since we have been spending vacations here at the resort for over 20 years; it was only fitting that we continue our own vacations with family and friends here at Sandestin. The resort allows you to quietly relax by the pool or be in the middle of it all in the Village with restaurants, nightlife, concerts and special events. There is something here for everyone!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

I love to spend my time on the rooftop pool at Pilot House, jogging on the trails around the resort, watching the sunset at the Marina or laying on the white beaches of the Gulf . . . I sometimes sneak away for a spa treatment or run over to the outlet mall (less than a mile from the resort entrance). Brad loves to play Baytowne or the Raven Golf Course on the Resort or take a 10 minute drive over to Kelly Plantation or Emerald Bay. Our first floor condo makes is convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries, as well as an easy way to ride into the backyard with bikes. Don’t miss out on the simple pleasure of taking a bike ride through the resort – there are miles of bike trails and great neighborhoods to explore! Our favorite part of Sandestin is the FOOD! You cannot go wrong with any of the resort’s restaurants. Our favorites include Marlin Grill (the crab cakes and calamari are a must!), Acme Oyster House (great po-boys), Barefoots Poolside Grill (at the Hilton’s Pool Deck), Busters (about a mile from the resort – great place to watch college football in a casual atmosphere), The Donut Hole (blueberry cake donut is to die for!), Red Bar at Grayton Beach, the Back Porch in Destin (a Destin landmark), and Cantina Loredo at Sandestin Grand Boulevard (wonderful Sunday Brunch). I could go on and on about all the great amenities of the resort – we invite you to come and experience it yourself!
