With both sides of this duplex there are 2 living, dining, and kitchen areas, eight bedrooms + two sleeping areas on the top levels, and a total of 6 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms on the first level on each side, a 4th bedroom on the second level with the living, dining, & kitchen area. Then, on the third level there is a loft sleeping area or great place to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor decks join at the beach crossover.
