On the ground level, there is an enclosed outdoor shower, sink and countertop space for fish cleaning or rinsing off shells and treasures found on the beach. From the ground level, you'll ascend stairs that will take you up to the first level where the 2 bedrooms and den area are located. The den area is a great recreational area for the kids and family to play games and enjoy watching DVD's. There is a sleeper sofa in the den for an extra sleeping area. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a TV in each room. One bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The other bedroom shares a hall bathroom with the den area.

The top level of the house is where you will find a welcoming living, dining, and kitchen. The large kitchen includes all the amenities of home with granite countertops, ceramic backsplash, and well equipped for of the the cooks in the family You will enjoy the view of the ocean while cooking, dining or relaxing in the living room area. The living room offers a wide screen TV, a stereo system, DVD player, and high speed wireless internet access There is a half bath located off the living area. The master bedroom is also located on this floor and has a queen bed and private bath, large shower, and two vanities. There is a balcony off of this bedroom with ocean and soundside views.
