Sandcastle is a three story beach house located on the West end of Panama City Beach.  Enjoy the views of the Gulf Of Mexico from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.  This beautifully decorated home has tile and new carpet.  The first floor family room opens directly to the sparkling pool area that is shared with 3 other homes in the small private community.  There is a bedroom with a full size bed and full bath, a sleeper sofa in the family room and the washer and dryer are also on this floor.  The stairs lead up to the huge fully stocked kitchen that includes a new refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, a table that seats 6 and bar stools at the kitchen island.  There is also a bedroom with a trundle bed and full bath on this second floor.

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with a king-size bed.  The attached master bath has a large tub and separate shower. There is a sitting room with a day/trundle bed con be used as 4th bedroom, fireplace and wet bar that opens onto the balcony with a fantastic view of the beach.  Here you can RELAX...UNWIND...and create memories that will last a lifetime..

This home is the perfect location across the street from the designated Beach Access#93, just a couple of minutes from the emerald water and white sand.

and grab a table overlooking the beach. Take a dip while you wait for
your shrimp or grouper! Casual and laid -back ambiance.

Daniels Barbeque Ribs. Try to get a table on the pier as the sun goes
down!
--Sharky's is another fun open-air joint on the beach. Even has a
kids playground. Grab a fried shrimp basket and a margarita and you
can't go wrong.
--Capt. Anderson's Restaurant & Waterfront Market. You've got to dine
at least once at this landmark restaurant. Go for the Greek-inspired
seafood dishes.
--Bayou Bills Seafood Restaurant is .5 miles away.
--Pier Park for shopping, dining is only 10 minutes away.
