This is a nicely remodelled and upgraded 2 bd + loft, 2 bath condominium.  It's an upstairs unit in the Sunshine Village complex, in a quiet location across parking area from the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, clubhouse, and tennis court.  Convenient location in town - just a short walk on Meridian Blvd. to Vons supermarket, theater, and downtown area shops and restaurants.  In the winter, the free green line shuttle bus to Mammoth Mountain's Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift stops at the entrance driveway to the complex.   It's a 3 minute ride to Mammoth Mountain's Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chair Lift - so convenient!

Living room:  Comfy L-shaped sofa, Sharp Aquos flat screen LCD TV, cable, DVD player, stereo/CD player with ipod dock.  Fireplace with woodburner stove insert. 

Dining area:  Mountain style table seats 6.  Kitchen bar seats 4 more at granite counter.

Kitchen:  Fully stocked with nice dishes and silverware, pots/pans, coffee pot, waffle iron, hand mixer, toaster, etc.  Dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven with ceran cooktop, refrigerator.

Master bedroom and bath:  King bed with electric blanket and down comforter, armoire with cable/TV/VCR, connected bath with shower

Guest bedroom:  King bed with electric blanket and down comforter

Guest bath: Full bath accessed from hallway

Loft:  Three bunks  (6 twin beds total).  Three upper bunks not suitable for small children.  Lots of storage in long, cushioned bench/dresser with big drawers.  2 closets, built-in desk/lighted dressing table area.

Please note:  Maximum of 8 guests preferred.  Additional guests incur additional rental fee.

Complex amenities include outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzi (brand new this season!), dry sauna, tennis court, barbeques - gas and charcoal types, picnic tables, pay washers/dryers, clubhouse with pool table, ping pong, and electronic games

Parking:   Up to three cars allowed.  Park out front of unit (lawn area separates building from parking drive) in any open space not blocking sidewalk.

Mammoth Lakes is a year-round resort community with winter alpine and cross country skiing, and summertime mountain biking, golf, hiking, fishing, and access to motor/power sports.

$748.23 total for a 3 night weekend stay during winter ski season, includes tax and cleaning.  Add another night on either side of your weekend stay for $159 + 13% tax.  (Four night stay including weekend = $927.90 total including tax plus cleaning.)  Great rates midweek, too!

Payments by credit card incur a 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction fee (about $3 per $100 of rental amount).  No fee on credit card if used for $300 security deposit.  No fee for checks, cash or deposit to our bank account.

Security deposit:  $300.  Fully refundable.
