This is a nicely remodelled and upgraded 2 bd + loft, 2 bath condominium.  Upstairs unit in a quiet location across parking area from the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, clubhouse, and tennis court.  Convenient location in town - just a short walk on Meridian Blvd. to Vons supermarket, theater, and downtown area shops and restaurants.  In the winter, the green line bus to Mammoth Mountain's Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift stops at the complex entrance driveway.   The mid-town lift provides city-wide transport from same stop in summer months. 
NO SMOKING PERMITTED.  NO PETS ALLOWED.

Living room:  Comfy L-shaped sofa, Sharp Aquos flat screen LCD TV, cable, DVD.  Fireplace with woodburner stove insert. 

Dining area:  Mountain style table seats 6.  Kitchen bar seats 4 more at granite counter.

Kitchen:  Fully stocked with nice dishes and silverware, pots/pans, coffee pot, waffle iron, hand mixer, toaster etc.  Dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven with ceran cooktop, refrigerator.

Master bedroom:  King bed, armoire with cable/TV/VCR

Guest bedroom:  King bed

Loft:  Three bunks  (6 twin beds total).  Three upper bunks not suitable for small children.  Lots of storage in bench/drawers.  2 closets, built-in desk/dressing table area.

Please note:  Condo comfortably sleeps 10 in beds, but we prefer a maximum of 8 guests.  If you have a larger group, there is a surcharge as follows:  9 guests = $10/night surcharge.  10 guests = $20/night surcharge.

Master and guest baths

Complex amenities include outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, tennis court, barbeques, picnic tables, washers/dryers, clubhouse with pool table, ping pong, and electronic games

Mammoth Lakes is a year-round resort community with winter alpine and cross country skiing and summertime mountain biking, golf, hiking, fishing, and access to motor/power sports. 

Winter rates:
o  weekday nights, Sun-Thurs $220/night
o  weekend nights Fri-Sat $250/night
o  5% discount for 3 night stay, 10% discount for 4 night stay, 15% discount for 5 night stay - not applicable holidays
o  surcharge applies for Christmas/New Years, MLK,
    and Presidents' Day holidays
All stays under 30 days subject to town of Mammoth Lakes occupancy tax of 13%.
Short term stay security deposit:  $300.  Fully refundable.
