The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Front and rear yards are completely fenced with a lovely front garden and spacious back yard. The house has three bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 with two sets of bunkbeds. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided. Linens are provided. Half a block from the sand. Free wireless high-speed internet in the house. Parking: 1 car garage plus 2.

Winter Rates - 9/15/11 - 6/18/12
Nightly Rate: $200
Weekly Rate: $1100
Monthly Rate: $2500 including utilities - based on 28 days
Weekly Rentals: Rentals are from Friday to Friday. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
Ventura Vacation Rental Tax: There is an additional 10% tax on all vacation rentals in the City of Ventura.
Cleaning Fee: There is a mandatory $125 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit: $500 security deposit required for reservation. It will be returned within 21 days of the property being vacated. The security deposit for monthly rentals is equal to one month's rent.
Policies: No smoking. No exceeding sleeping capacity. No parties. No weddings.
Pets: NO Cats. Dogs are OK with an additional $100 pet fee.
