The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. There is a completely fenced in yard with a lovely front garden and spacious back yard. The house has three bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 with two sets of bunkbeds. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided. Linens are provided. Half a block from the sand. Weekly Rentals: Rentals are from Friday to Friday. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
Monthly Rentals: Monthly rentals are for 28 days (4 weeks.) There is an additional $200 monthly utilities fee for monthly rentals.
Cleaning Fee: There is a mandatory $125 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit: $500 security deposit required for reservation. It will be returned within 21 days of the property being vacated. The security deposit for monthly rentals is equal to one month's rent.
Policies: No smoking. No exceeding sleeping capacity. No parties. No weddings.
Pets: NO Cats. Dogs are OK with an additional $100 pet fee.
