neighborhood.  Two-stories with ocean views from balconies and

Vacation Rental Amenities

Elegantly furnished and fully equipped, including central sound 
system with CD changer, DVD, high-speed internet, fax, cable TV, gas 
barbecue, patio furniture, washer/dryer, beach towels, linens, etc.  
Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gourmet 
gas cook top, double-oven, microwave and wine chiller.  Hardwood 
floors in main living areas.   
Three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, each 
with their own bathroom.  Office with balconies off Master Suite, 
separate living and family rooms, breakfast nook and dining, plus 
large loft.  Two gas fireplaces.  Garage plus additional off-street 
parking.  Two fully fenced private yards complete with patio 
furniture.  Bi-weekly maid service if stay is longer then 3 weeks, 
landscape service included .

Activities and Attractions

100 yards from the best beaches in San Diego.  Your choice of a 
quiet, "locals-only" beach or surfing at Windansea.  Only a short 
walk to all the activities of La Jolla Village, including shopping, 
dining and entertainment.  Centrally located and easy to get to 
within 20 to 30 minutes of all the major activities in the San Diego 
area including Sea World, Stephen Birch Aquarium and Scripps 
Clinic.  Home is exceedingly well maintained and equipped.  Perfect

Vacation Rental Rates

$3,500-$10,000 per week based on season and duration of stay, plus 
tax, if less then a month, deposit required. One week minimum, month 
to month in the Summer.  No smokers, No pets No exceptions.Would

track record.
