This incredible vacation condo that is directly on the water. You will wake up every morning to a gorgeous water view, enjoy the incredible sunsrises and sunsets and feel the peace and serenity that it offers.  I love to spend time on our private deck watching the birds, the changes in the colors of the mountains, boats going by, the crystal clear water, listening to the call of the loon, watching the ducks as they glide by our dock and the ever changing scenery.

The sunlight dancing on the water, to the peal of the church bells and the sunsets over the mountain, you will feel right at home. The peacefulness of it and the serenity will emcompass you, as will the charming tranquil setting and those incredible views for miles showing the water, islands, mountains and of course the vistas.

We have two sliders that lead out to private deck, two bedrooms and views from almost every room. Our beach is for our assocation of 6 owners only and their guests, so it is never crowded. Also, we have an outside fireplace and a rowboat that our guests use. Our water is crystal clear and it gradually get deeper so it's great for swimming, and we can accomodate a boat up to 22 feet in length.

Our duplex is clean, adorable and makes a great vacation spot.  Our place has direct waterfront with unobscured water views. We are in the heart of the lakes region, near an adorable village that is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, grocery store, wine shop, quilt shop, book store, ice-cream, the library, the town beach and everywhere there are the views.

We have a sandy beach with crystal clear water (there are no sudden drop offs and the water get gradually deeper), beach chairs, picnic tables, a boat dock, an association rowboat for our guests,  an outside fireplace and you can walk to the village of Center Harbor. We have our own private 28 foot deck that is steps from the water; a flat screen TV, cable TV, a double bed, two twin beds and a sleep sofa.

The views are ongoing and will mesmorize you.  We have shade trees to read a good book under, sunny areas to bask in, a glider to wile away the hours, a dock to fish off of , a wonderful lake to swim in, boat, or just watch the boats go by. A wonderful town within walking distance to enchant you, a perfect spot for pictures and walks. There is so much going on in this area, there is local theatre, musicals, arts and craft shows, boat shows, quaint shops, local color, fantastic photography, wonderful little towns to browse in and you can go on various boat rides to see this wonderful lake. Golf courses are nearby, as are areas for hiking and biking, craft fairs, local theater, antiques, kayaking and canoe rentals are just down the street.

Our rate is $1300 for our last August week of August 27th to September 3rd.

From September 3rd on, our weekly rate is $1100 per week. 

We only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

We do not rent for weekends or for a few days.
