Shell Cottage has 4 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 queen futon on a frame, 2 sets of bunk beds), 2.5 baths, central air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, telephone, satellite television, DVD, high speed wireless internet, lakefront deck, gas grill, and a dock. This almost new, very upscale two story home has leather furniture, all stainless steel appliances, and a lakefront sunroom with glass on three sides. It's on a very flat lot in the southwest quad on a wide cove on Lyons Creek. Owners boats and boat lifts cannot be used. This is a non-smoking home. Pillows and bedspreads are provided but you will need to bring your own linens and towels.
