It's only a 5 minute drive to Homewood Ski from this conveniently located, sunny new house in a quiet neighborhood in Tahoma on the West Shore of North Lake Tahoe. Squaw Valley is 15 minutes away. Built in 1995, this is a modern house with great Tahoe style furnishings. There is an Outdoor Hot Tub on the lower deck, and the upper deck is a perfect place for family BBQ's. Fully fenced back yard with a nice lawn and landscaping for your kids and pet.

The open living area of this beautiful, Non-Smoking home is on the
upper floor,with a view of the huge pine trees outside. All three bedrooms are below on the first floor. The master suite has a King Size log bed, dual bathroom vanities, and a private deck with the HOT TUB.
The second bedroom has a Queen and the third has a Queen and a Twin. There is also a queen-size sofabed in the living room. We have a crib and a
high chair for little guests, so you don't have to pack as much. The
dining table seats eight and there are stools around the kitchen island.

The large deck is just off the main living area for easy access for family  BBQs (gas grill)and sunbathing.

The lakeside Bike Path to Tahoe City to the North or Sugarpine Point State Park to the south is just a block away, and it's only about a three block walk to Chamber's Landing sandy beach. Sugar Pine Point State Park is one mile away for great cross country skiing, or  hiking and mountain biking in the summer.

Chamber's Beach is a 2.5  block walk. The quaint little town of Tahoma has a  great country market and deli, 1/4 mile walk from the house.

In the winter, ski Homewood Resort, (5 minutes) or Squaw and Alpine,( 20 minutes)

We have Plow Service in the winter and our housekeeper will have the heat and lights on for a welcome winter arrival.
