GOLF :
For avid golfers, we recommend the Dolce Fregate, one of Europe's
most beautiful courses. Its eighteen holes - officially rated a
championship par 72 - was designed by Ronald Fream. It is laid out
between sea vines and olive groves to deliver all kinds of
challenges. Five tees for each hole make them available for all
levels of play.There is also an FFG-certified nine-hole par 29,
official course. The Dolce Frigate Golf Academy offers private
lessons and golf clinics year round.

THALASSOTHERAPY

WINERY TOUR

Connoisseurs cannot be mistaken : "Bandol red wines are the most
complex of Coast, robust, well structured, fleshy and dense, tannic
enough in their youth, then perfectly harmonious" (Michel
Dovaz). "One has to wait till 5 or 6 years to get the best from
those wines" (Gault et Millau).Bandol is a great wine, even a "vin
de garde" (wine which is kept laying down for a long period) : 18
months in oak casks, then 5 or 6 years of maturing in bottles,
minimum for red wine. Once it is mature, it reveals an exceptional
richness of aromas: first red fruit, black bruit, the peony, the
heliotrope, the underwood, then deep notes of truffle, liquorice,
cinnamon, musk…Our Bastide representative can arrange to have you
visit some of the wineries of Bandol. Here you will find that the
cultivation methods are up to date, except for some which might
spoil its world-renowned quality. You will be pleased to know that
Bandol wines will always be harvested by hand-machines are
forbidden!
