It is located on a canal that leads to an anchorage in the bay. We saw manatee every day in the canal. We saw a mother and calf a couple of days. Many birds to watch in the area. We saw some parrots on the tree right outside the door and an osprey across the street. It is a few steps from the beach. There is plenty of parking space and it is so close to the beach you don't have to worry about beach parking. It is fantastic for going to the beach. The St. Armands Circle is so close it is almost attached. We loved walking through all the shops. The art store is a must see. They have waves made of glass.
The owners were very nice and responsive.
The building is older but kept nice and clean.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, sight seeing

We enjoyed walks on the beach and St.Armands. Renee's is a nice clothing store. Ice Cream next to Wyland Galleries was a
very expensive and not all that great - try Big Olof
