Vacation Rental Description

                        Main Floor Features:  
Beautiful Living & Dining Room area with sofa, matching 
chairs, loveseat, table, TV (Direct TV) & TV cabinet. Large Kitchen & 
another cozy Breakfast area overlook the ocean side - (There is only 
one house between this property and the ocean) One of two Large 
Master Suites... This one has Romantic cherub decor, a king size bed 
with siam, full bath with tub & large closet, TV (Direct TV).  
Bedroom 2 on this floor has lovely Palm Tree decor & sleeps 2 to 4 
overlooking the ocean side, one queen size bed with an optional queen 
size elevated air mattress. A matching full bath is located nearby. 
On the rear side of this level is Bedroom 3, the Nautical room, which 
comfortably sleeps 4 (One full size sofa bed and two captain's bunk 
beds)& leads out to a private screened porch with tiled floor 
overlooking a private rear fenced yard.  This room has a brand new 
large jacuzzi spa & beautiful custom TIKI bar which seats seven 
complete with a refrigerator, blender, and coordinating glasses, 
dishes & cups & everything needed to throw a fabulous party!  There 
is a matching tiled bar table that seats four and there are four 
outdoor tables in the rear yard that each seat four and a firepit 
grill for cooking or ambiance.  Chaise lounges for sunbathing.
                       Upper Level Features:  
Staircase leads up to a magnificent large loft family room with queen 
size sleeper sofa & matching loveseat. A wall of built-in shelves 
house TV (Direct TV), with plenty of games, movies, and toys etc. The 
second Master Bedroom Suite called the Captain's Quarters is located 
on this floor and features a 4 post queen size captain's bed, full 
brand new bath, TV Armoire (Direct TV) & another huge closet.  An air 
conditioned Sun Room overlooks the intracoastal complete with card 
table, piano & full size sleeper sofa which leads outside to a 10 x 
10 beautifully tiled deck with both an oceanview and intracoastal 
view.  A second, even larger deck awaits our guests atop another 
staircase with absolutely breathtaking views of both the ocean & the 
intracoastal waterway.  A deck rail bar is located here for our 
guests and chaise lounges for sunbathing in paradise!
                        Lower Level Features:  
Huge, Oversized 2 car garage with dual garage door openers plus a 
huge 23 foot wide by 62 foot long driveway!  Plenty of room for RV's, 
boats, trailers or many cars or motorcycles.  A Private outside 
shower is located nearby for convenience after frolicking on the 
beach & a basketball hoop adorns the side driveway for many games of 
hoops if you wish. Located indoors from the garage is the Fitness 
Room / weight room with equipment for working out and a beautiful 
half bath, a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer & laundry 
tub.  There is another large closet & a staircase leading upstairs to 
the main level.  
All Four (4) of the bedrooms in the home are fully carpeted & the 
living areas including the lower level are all fully tiled.  Upper 
loft area & living room have area rugs for comfort.  All linens are 
new & color coordinated & clean.  The entire home is pristine clean & 
absolutely perfect for any retreat, vacation or special occasion.  
This is truly a great place for big families or multi-family fun! It 
is perfect for a wedding party or wedding guests visiting from out of 
town that want to stay all together with loads of closet space for 
brides and bridesmaids special needs! Perfect for couples who want to 
get married on the beach! It is great for several couples or several 
friends vacationing together!  It is perfect for college, high school 
or family reunions!  It is perfect for parties & celebrations & all 
kinds of special occasions! This is a spectacular vacation home with 
spectacular features and spectacular views!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen has adequate cabinets and a pantry suitable for anyone's 
needs & will work for many cooks in the kitchen! Many restaurants are 
located nearby in Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, St. 
Augustine or Orlando for those who prefer to eat out. Flagler Beach 
is a beautiful, quaint, peaceful oasis. You can drive on A1A (Ocean 
Boulevard)and there is nothing between you and the ocean but the 
sand!  It is so gorgeous! You can fish in the ocean from right on the 
beach at the home or fish at the famous Flagler Beach Pier a mile 
away.  You can go fishing, shrimping and crab catching in the 
intracoastal waterway as well as the ocean.  There is a nearby nature 
park.  There is boating & biking (both bicycles or motorcycles)! 
There is surfing, swimming or just relaxing on the beach.  The home 
also has direct TV for TV viewers.  The decks & the sunporch all have 
extraordinary, magnificent views & along with the Jacuzzi screened 
porch area you are free to take in all the beauty that surrounds you 
here in Flagler Beach. There are beach toys & other children's toys, 
games & movies as well as games for adults. There is a brand new 
Pak 'N Play for babies.  This home is a remarkable find and perfectly 
suited for several friends or couples vacationing together or multi-
families. Bikers welcome, Race Car Fans welcome, Families welcome, 
Couples welcome, Friends welcome. Everyone is welcome here! Enjoy

Activities and Attractions

Orlando & Disney World are only about 75 miles away.  St. Augustine 
is about 20 to 25 miles north & is the oldest city in the United 
States & has many shops & dining & sightseeing attractions.  Daytona 
Beach, home of the Daytona 500 & many racing attractions as well as 
Biker attractions is only 20 to 25 miles to the south.  Like St. 
Augustine there are many attractions at Daytona & shopping...  OR, if 
you are just looking for a vacation place to relax, enjoy the sun & 
peaceful beauty of a wonderful, small, quaint town ... you will be in 
the right place... right here at Flagler Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,000. to $2,500. per week for most weeks.  Holiday weeks and Bike 
weeks and Daytona 500 week and Race weeks are more.  Seasonal.
