Beautiful Living & Dining Room area with sofa, matching chairs, loveseat, table, and flat screen TV. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, adequate cabinets, dishes and pantry suitable for everyone's needs. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the ocean on the cozy front Breakfast area leading from the kitchen. One of two Large Master Suites await. The main floor master bedroom is called the CHERUB MASTER SUITE & has Romantic cherub decor, a king size bed & a full bath with tub & large closet, and TV.
Bedroom 2 on this floor is the SEASHORE SUITE with a wonderful ocean view.  There are two full size double beds & seashore decor & sleeps 2 to 4. A matching full bath is located nearby.
On the rear side of this level is Bedroom 3, the NAUTICAL SUITE, which
comfortably sleeps 4 (One full size sofa bed and two captain's bunk
beds) & leads out to a private screened porch lanai with tiled floor
overlooking a private rear fenced yard. Relax in the large jacuzzi spa & enjoy a beautiful custom bar complete with service refrigerator, blender, and coordinating glasses,dishes & cups & everything needed to throw a fabulous party! A rear fenced yard for grilling or just chilling out. Chaise lounges for sunbathing available.
Upper Level Features:

Staircase leads up to a magnificent large loft family room with queen
size sleeper sofa  and TV and WiFi.  A wall of built-in shelves with plenty of games, movies, and toys etc. The second Master Bedroom Suite is called the CAPTAIN'S QUARTERS MASTER SUITE. Located on this private upper floor, it features a Queen bed, a full brand new bath with Italian tile, TV Armoire & another huge closet. An air conditioned Sun Room/Florida Room overlooks the intracoastal waterway and Silver Lake complete with TV & full size sleeper sofa and table for two.  This room leads outside to a beautiful  deck with both an oceanview and intracoastal waterway view, as well as a view of Silver Lake.  A second, even larger deck awaits our guests atop another staircase with absolutely breathtaking views of both the ocean & the intracoastal waterway and Silver Lake. 

Lower Level Features:
Huge, Oversized 2 car garage with dual garage door openers plus a huge 23 foot wide by 62 foot long driveway! Plenty of room for RV's, boats, trailers or many cars or motorcycles. A Private outside shower is conveniently located nearby on the right side of the home to refresh our guests after frolicking on the beach. Located indoors from the garage is the Fitness Room / weight room with equipment for working out and a beautiful half bath, a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer & laundry tub, and another sitting/living area. There is another large closet & a staircase leading upstairs to the main level.
All Four (4) of the bedrooms in the home are fully carpeted & the living areas including the lower level are all fully tiled. Upper loft area & living room have area rugs for comfort. All linens are new & color coordinated & clean. The entire home is pristine clean & absolutely perfect for any retreat, vacation or special occasion.

You can drive on A1A (Ocean Boulevard) & there is nothing between you and the ocean but the sand! It is so gorgeous! You can fish in the ocean from right on the beach at the home or fish at the famous Flagler Beach Pier a mile
away. Silver Lake is about a hundred yards away to launch your kayak to go kayaking. You can go fishing, shrimping and crab catching in the intracoastal waterway as well as the ocean. There is a nearby nature park. There is boating & biking (both bicycles or motorcycles)! Swim with the dolphins at nearby Marineland! There is surfing, swimming or just relaxing on the beach. The home also has five TV's for TV viewers.
