Green Harbor village cottage in great location.  Set up so one full bed and four twins in basement with separate entrance, separate full bath for 6 or more and three Queen- size beds and one twin upstairs on second floor with full bath for 6 or more. 

Great Deck with large BBQ propane grill, very large kitchen with lobster pots and pans, Cable TV on main floor; HD TV in basement, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, outside enclosed shower; grassy back yard abuts Cut River Marsh.                                                            

Swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking right out back yard at high tide; Great restaurants nearby, charter boats, Beach Association organizes sand castle contests, age appropriate races on beach, cook-outs, movies at night on the beach, 4th of July spectacular fireworks and bonfires.  Off-season also beautiful, wide-open and quiet.  Long walks on seven-mile sandy beach just what the doctor ordered!

Weekly rentals are from Saturday at 2:00 p.m. to Saturday at 11:00 a.m. to allow professional cleaning crew to prepare for next guests.

Two or more consecutive weeks, discount to $2,000 per week.

Guests must bring their own linens: towels, bedsheets, pillows. Comforters are provided.  Basic kitchen needs are provided: plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, bowls, mugs, glasses etc.
