Family friendly.... fisherman friendly.... cottage on Point Salubrious near Chaumont New York overlooking beautiful Chaumont Bay and Lake Ontario. The cottage is located 2.5 miles off of State Route 12E west of Watertown.

TV, cable, gas grill, all appliances, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, linens, blankets, pillows, dishes, pots & pans. There's also bicycles and a canoe for the renters use. Horseshoes game outside. For the boaters there's a dock, boat mooring and plenty of parking space for boat trailers and vehicles. All you need to bring is the food!

Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery, with close proximity to the Thousand Islands region in northern New York. Fort Drum Army Base, Canada, Boldt Castle, Alexandria Bay, Clayton, Cape Vincent Lighthouse and Ferry, Watertown and historic Sacket's Harbor, to name a few.
vacation rental rates
Nighty rate based on 2 night minimum stay.
Weekly rate is for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week rentals possible as long as there are no reservations booked for the following week. We can be flexible on the days.
Security Deposit - $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required on all rentals. The deposit must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. Except in the case of last minute rentals, when the deposit and the rental fee will be accepted less than 30 days prior.
