This second floor condo is very comfortable and clean. You will find everything you need for a great vacation without packing your house. Tropical Treasure has been newly remodeled and is updated and pleasant. All the furnishings are very comfortable.
Your linens and a good supply supply of paper products are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys for the kids are provided.
You have a distant water view where you can watch the ships pass the complex.

Savannah Beach & Racquet Club is a beachfront complex. We have a large beachfront pool with a kiddie pool attached. There are 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment.
We are a gated community on the north beach of Tybee. Our beach is relatively quiet because there is limited public access in our area.

Tybee has featured attractions during the summer months that range from music festivals to art and craft exhibitions by our local artists.
The Historic Tybee Lighthouse is a point of interest and history, as is Ft. Pulaski, which can be seen from the Racquet club complex.
Savannah is a 20 minute drive from Tybee and a must for everyone. The historic area features River Street and City Market which are strong tourist attractions year round.

Stated rate includes all fees except a $65 cleaning fee is added to all reservations.
A $200 deposit will confirm the dates and the balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
