You will enjoy your stay in a nice,private,fully furnished two master
bedroom,one level condo/duplex with private courtyard,private back porch. There is a large heated pool,jacuzzi for your enjoyment a few houses down at the cabana. We are a 15 minute drive from the Phoenix airport. Close to shopping and Golf courses. Close to baseball spring training.(Chicago Cubs) Absolutely No smoking inside. There are ashtrays outside for your use. You must follow community rules.
You can go to Mesa Arizona websites to look up fun things to do or for dining in the area.

$50.00 per extra couple staying over per night.
$500 booking and damage deposit due with signed rental agreement to
hold dates which will be faxed or mailed to you then mailed to owner
with deposit. $100.00 of this
is a non refundable cleaning fee. So you will recieve $400.00 back
if everything is fine when you turn in your keys.
Payment by personal or business check, cashiers check or money order.
Refund Policy for cancellation:
Cancellation must be made 30 days in advance or deposit is forfeited.
If unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period, the deposit will
be refunded.
If cancellation is less than 30 days after rental payment has been
made, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.
