Vacation Rental Description

   You will enjoy your stay in a nice,private,furnished two master bedroom,
one level condo with private courtyard, back private porch. There is 
a large heated pool,jacuzzi for your enjoyment. 15 minute drive from 
the Phoenix airport. Close to shopping and Golf courses. Close to 
baseball spring training. Absolutely No smoking inside. There are ashtrays 
outside for your use and No pets or children allowed. Must be 18 years of age or older.
No parties!are allowed.
You can go to mesa arizona websites to look up fun things to do or for dining in the area.
You must obey parking rules here or you will be fined. no parking any where but in garage or up 
close to garage. No parking in street at night. During day is okay.

Vacation Rental Rates

$500 booking and damage deposit due with signed rental agreement to 
hold dates which will be faxed to you and mailed to owner with deposit. $100.00 of this is a non 
refundable cleaning fee. So you will recieve $400.00 back if everything is fine when you turn in 
your keys.

Payment by personal or business check, cashiers check or money order.

Refund Policy for cancellation: 
Cancellation must be made 30 days in advance or deposit is forfeited.
If unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period, the deposit will 
be refunded.
If cancellation is less than 30 days after rental payment has been 
made, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.
