The house is at the river and right on the hike and bike trail, so you never have to encounter a single car, on your bike ride. You can even bike to the bars. Only ten blocks east of Congress Avenue!  The lake is one of the cleanest city lakes in the nation - so you can swim and kayak during your free time - we offer two kayaks for your use. The fully-furnished house has two and 1/2 bath, with a full gas kitchen, dishwasher, huge 14-foot projection screen, NETFLIX, media server, and wireless Internet. The architecture focused on indoor spaces seamlessly connected to outdoor spaces; house built around mature pecan tree. Much of the furniture and interior doors were designed and fabricated by the owner.  visit: www.MINIM.IS   Lots of shaded roof garden spaces to hang out, grill and chill. Hammock at front of the house is a perfect spot for catching early morning sun and reading the paper. Lots of natural light promotes happiness - sun beautifully lights up the bright white walls, highlighting the beautiful art in the spaces. Kitchen is the center piece of the home for ultimate cooking while entertaining.

Kayaks, bycicles, hike and bike trails, Town Lake, Downtown and all its amenities (restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges, wine bars, musea, theaters, parades, Capitol grounds, etc.)

NIGHTLY: $325 + tax + cleaning fee
WEEKLY: $2095 + tax + cleaning fee
MONTHLY: $6750 + cleaning fee (no tax required for stays of 30 days or more)

MINIMUM STAY:  3 nights

1 week = 7 nights

$500 Damage Deposit, fully-refundable upon check-out

CLEANING FEE: $120 (flat rate for your entire stay).
