The house is at the river and right on the hike and bike trail, so you never have to encounter a single car, on your bike ride. You can even bike to the bars. The lake is one of the cleanest city lakes in the nation - so you can swim and kayak during your free time - we offer two kayaks for your use. The fully-furnished house has two and 1/2 bath, with a full gas kitchen, dishwasher, huge 14-foot projection screen, HD cable, movies, and wireless Internet. The architecture focused on indoor spaces seamlessly connected to outdoor spaces; house built around mature pecan tree. Lots of shaded roof garden spaces to hang out, grill and chill. Hammock at front of the house is a perfect spot for catching early morning sun and reading the paper. Lots of natural light promotes happiness - sun beautifully lights up the bright white walls, highlighting the beautiful art in the spaces. Kitchen is the center piece of the home for ultimate cooking while entertaining.

1. You pay based on the room you want to take. The room you decide not to take will be locked during your stay, however, the rest of the house is all yours. No, you will not be sharing the house with an unknown guest! Even though you are paying based on the room, the whole house is solely yours!
2. Flex Space is a common area upstairs with a full-size sofa bed. If you are traveling with kids or a friend, it's a perfect spot for them.
