Our beautiful villa is located in the Cumbrian Lakes Resort which is an exclusive, gated community located only 10 minutes from the Disneyland Florida parks, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and only a few minutes from the heart of the bustling ‘Highway 192’ area, which features a wealth of shops, restaurants and other attractions. 

Cumbrian Lakes
Cumbrian Lakes is an upscale gated community is located off Poinciana Blvd, just south of Hwy 192. The small select gated community boasts four lovely lakes with illuminated fountains & a huge selection of wildlife & wildfowl. It backs onto a 120 acre conservation area. A paved nature trail surrounds one of the lakes where you can enjoy a walk, bike, ride or jog in peaceful surroundings. A communal park is also available for your children’s enjoyment.

Family Room
The family room boasts a large 52” Sharp Aquos 1080P HDTV. Unlike most other rentals, our home is equipped with an HD Box providing over 300 digital channels and over 40 HD Channels. An XBOX 360 is made available for the ultimate in video game enjoyment and is also capable of playing DVD’s. The stereo system plays CD’s and has an AM/FM tuner for your listening pleasure. The comfortable sofas, and ceiling fan ensure a cool and relaxing atmosphere.

Kitchen
The kitchen area consists of a breakfast bar as well as a nook for a more relaxed sit down meal. The adjoining room supports the larger dining area for larger groups or more formal meals. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker and utensils. A high chair is also made available for our younger guests.

Main Master Bedroom
The first of three master bedrooms is located on the second floor. This room features a massive 42” LCD TV, ceiling Fan and an en-suite washroom. The queen size bed, complete with quality linens ensures a restful sleep after a long day at Disney theme parks.

Master Bedroom 2 & Master Bedroom 3 - Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of two master bedrooms each featuring their own full bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 features a comfortable queen bed, a 32” TV, Playstation  and a Ceiling Fan. Master bedroom 3 also has a queen bed, an en-suite washroom and a walkout to the pool and lanai area and. Master bedroom also features a double bed, 32” LCD TV and a ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 4 & 5
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the second floor. Both consist of two single beds and LCD TV’s. A shared washroom is located between the two rooms for convenient access.

Office
The office area features a Windows Pentium Computer with LCD Monitor. The computer features high speed broadband internet to ensure super fast internet surfing and emailing. A free wireless network is available throughout the villa so feel free to bring your own laptop, sit poolside and surf the net!

Games Room
The newly renovated games room has been fully carpeted for your comfort. A Pool table, Foosball Table, and Dart Board purchased new in May 2009 are made available for your recreational enjoyment.

Pool and Lanai
The ample sized pool will provide hours of enjoyment to all visitors. Backing onto a conservation area, ensures a peaceful and private atmosphere for our guests. An outdoor shower and accessible washroom is convenient and practical way to freshen up.
The large shaded lanai has numerous lounge chairs and a patio dining set so guests can enjoy a drink or even a full meal outdoors. A BBQ is available for rent and can be arranged if desired.

Our 2,600 sqft two storey air conditioned/heated home has been furnished to the highest standards. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, our villa can comfortably acommodate up to 12 people.
