Cute three bedroom, one bathroom home in the Village of Pentwater.  Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a full bed (new beds as of Spring 2011).  The living room has two full couches.  Full size washer and dryer.  Kitchen has full size stove and refridgerator.  One block from the library and two playgrounds, six blocks from the downtown area, and eight blocks from the beach.  Has a large backyard on a double lot.  Check calendar for availability. The cottage is located 1.5 blocks from the Pentwater Homecoming Parade Route.  The cottage has cable tv and WiFi.  Cell phone service is very limited in Pentwater, therefore the cottage has a landline phone for local and long distance (national) calls .  The cottage has a fire pit and a charcoal grill.  Pets are permitted upon approval of the owner, with an additional $75 charge.

 ***FYI...The cottage is a typical cottage!!  It is cute and quaint, but certainly not brand new!***

Fully stocked kitchen, all linens/towels are provided.  Please bring your own toiletries (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, etc..) and beach towels.  Cable, DVD players,  alarm clocks, ipod docking station, two televisions, WiFi.

***FALL/WINTER rates (stays after Labor Day through mid-May) are less than the regular/peak season rates....please call for a quote***

• WEEKLY RATE: (Mid-May through Labor Day) is: $875 and includes the cleaning fee
• Fourth of July (first weekend/week of July) must be booked as a full week and is a weekly rate of $975, includes cleaning fee.
• Homecoming Week (Sun, Aug 5 - Sun, Aug 12, 2012) must be booked as a full week and is a rate of $1400, and includes the cleaning fee.
• Sunday thru Thursday $150.00 per night.
• Friday and Saturday $225.00 per night (Beginning Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend).
• Memorial or Labor Day Weekends $225.00 per night( 3-night min.).
• Pets must be approved by owner and require an additional $75 pet fee

***For stays less than a 7-night stay, a cleaning fee of $75 is required.***

In order to reserve a date:

• Call or email owner for a quote
• 50% Non-Refundable deposit (will accept a personal check if received ten days prior to check in), or cashier's check.
• Remaining balance must be received 10 days prior to check in (will accept a personal check if received ten days prior to check in), or cashier's check.
• Arefundable safety/damage deposit of $200, in the form of a check, is also required with the remaining balance.  The check is to ensure that any damage to the property or additional cleaning time/fees that may occur, are covered.  If there is no damage to the property and/or no additional cleaning time is required, the check will be voided and mailed back to the renter within 14 days of the stay.

Cost of the stay is not secured until a rental agreement has been signed and returned with a deposit.
