Welcome to Tranquildad. A privately owned home with great pride in ownership - your new vacation home in paradise!
Paraiso del Mar is an amazing new development located on a private peninsula overlooking the city of La Paz with our home having been completed in March of 2009. This upscale and ultra secure neighboorhood is comprised of 212 generously sized individual home sites with homes built in traditional Mexican-style architecture.
From our home one can look outside onto the Sea of Cortez and the new Arthur Hills designed golf course with full private beach access. Three swimming pools are conveniently located close-by with the nearest being directly across the street - each pool is complete with a Palapa, sun bathing lounge chairs, nicely appointed bathrooms and outdoor barbeque area. Guests will have unlimited free-access to kayaks located at the beach and a free on-call shuttle and community boat service making La Paz restaurants, shopping, golf and boating excursions only minutes away.

The main house amenities include a large open live-in area with 52" Flat Panel Sony HDTV with Blu Ray and IPOD accessible surrond sound system, well-furnished kitchen, two fully furnished bedrooms with upgraded posterpedic mattresses and den with sleeper sofa sleeping six in the main house. Four of the five sliding glass doors to the main house open to amazing sunset views over the golf course and Sea of Cortez.
The property also includes a one bedroom with bath guest casita which includes courtyard with privacy walls and traditional Mexican-style entrance (sleeps two and is separated from main house by the courtyard).
In total the property sleeps eight. Regular maid and butler services can be arranged upon request.

La Paz is located directly along the largest bay on Baja’s Sea of Cortez. It is noted for it’s attractive malecon (waterfront walkway) backed by palm trees, pastel-colored buildings, nice sunsets, easy-going pace and it’s proximity to uncrowded beaches and pristine islands.
La Paz is a historic colonial city with lots of character, yet has only begun to be discovered by American tourists and retirees who wish to live in Mexico. La Paz is bordered by the Sea of Cortez to the east and the Pacific Ocean on the west.
The Sea of Cortez is a great place for water sports from swimming, kayaking, wind-surfing and kiting, to fishing and scuba diving.
