Our villa is set in a quiet, peaceful location and is fully equipped for all you will need to enjoy your stay.

All bed linen, towels and facecloths are provided, these include beach towels and tea towels. Our kitchen is fully fitted with full cooker, dishwasher, large refrigerator which includes filtered water and ice maker. Cooking utensils and large selection of crockery, pans etc all provided together with outdoor/picnic plates & dishes.
All rooms have ceiling fans together with full air conditioning.

We are a 15 minute drive to Englewood Beach with access to watersports, fishing, kayaking, dolphin & sunset cruises. We also have some lovely National Parks within easy driving distance. Boca Grande is a short drive away and well worth the visit. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out and many of the local bars/restaurants offer live entertainment. We have many exellent golf course in Rotonda - some just minutes away.
There are many retail opportunities if that is what you want with Fort Myers and Ellenton Designer Outlets around an hours drive, but Port Charlotte shopping Mall is just 25 minutes from the house. Nearest supermarket 5 minutes drive.

All rates  are fully inclusive of all taxes and final clean. Also included are free local & long distance phone calls, wi-fi connection and gas for outdoor grill.

A 10% deposit will secure your booking and full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security amount of $200 is required for stays of 2 weeks or less and $300 for long term rents. This will be required with your balance payment and returned 7 days after your departure to enable a full and satisfactory inspection of the property .
