This cozy cottage will certainly meet your vacation needs. Your family and friends will enjoy relaxing in this two story summer home. This includes three large bedrooms, 2 with queen sized beds, one with 2 full size beds, all having television, one being a master suite. Each bedroom has it's own outside belcony for your viewing pleasure of beautiful Keuka Lake. Downstairs, enjoy a large size eat in dining area and a fully furnished livingroom with TV. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one of them having bunk beds perfect for kids! BBQ (grill on site) out on the covered porch or sit out on the dock to enjoy the sunset. This cottege has the availability to drive down to it's location. Easy to unload and park your vehicle.

For your convenience this rental includes the following: Clean linens and towels, glassware and cookware, eating utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, beds are complete and ready to sleep in. Boat dock available. Complementary basket to include goodies along with a bottle of wine from one of the Keuka Lake Wineries.

Brochures and information will be available for your convenience. Visit the Keuka Lake Wineries, Glenn Curtis Museum, and restaurants on the lake. Also visit Hammondsport's shops.
vacation rental rates
Weekly rental rate is $1500.00 with a security deposit of $350.00. Your security deposit of $350.00 will hold your reservation. The entire rental fee is due 15 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is non- refundable if there is a cancellation. If the property is left in proper condition; your deposit fee will be returned to you. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50.00. We accept Mastercard and VISA.
Please note that there is a $50 cleaning fee.
