Cozy-Comfort Keuka Lake Cottage in Keuka Lake

     This cozy cottage will certainly meet your vacation needs. Your family and friends will enjoy relaxing in this two story summer home. This includes three large bedrooms, all carpet, 2 with queen sized beds, one with 2 full size beds, all having television, one being a master suite.  Each bedroom has it's own outside belcony for your viewing pleasure of beautiful Keuka Lake.  Downstairs, enjoy a large size eat in dining area and a fully furnished livingroom with TV.  There are two bedrooms downstairs with one of them having bunk beds perfect for kids!  BBQ (grill on site) out on the covered porch or sit out on the dock to enjoy the sunset. (Please note that the parking arrangement has been changed to this new arrangement since 5/16/10) This cottage has the availability for a vehicle to drive down to the bridge and unload. (Parking is no longer available next to the cottage. )  Parking is available above the cottage.  New stairs have been built and an elevator will be available for individuals to ride down as well as transport their belongings.  The elevator will be available starting June 30, 2010. 

     For your convenience this rental includes the following:  Clean linens and towels,  glassware and cookware,  eating utensils,  dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, beds are complete and ready to sleep in.  Boat dock available.  Contact information:  Property Owner:  Steve Muller

Brochures and information will be available for your convenience.  Visit the Keuka Lake Wineries, Glenn Curtis Museum, and restaurants on the lake.  Also visit Hammondsport's shops.

Weekly rental rate is $1500.00 with a security deposit of $350.00.  Your  security deposit of $350.00 will hold your reservation.  The entire rental fee is due 15 days prior to your arrival.  The deposit is non- refundable if there is a cancellation.  If the property is left in proper condition; your deposit fee will be returned to you.  Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50.00.  We accept Mastercard and VISA.

Please note that there is a $50 cleaning fee and it will be deducted from your security deposit.  Thank you!
