Beautiful 1,700 -  Sq. Ft. 3BR/2BH apartment, fully equipped for a short or long-term stay. Sleeps eight (8), though arrangements can be made for two additional guests. Perfect for vacation or business stay with all the comforts of home without the high hotel prices. Living room has TV with DVD player and Cable. Master room has a queen-size bed and is also equipped with TV and DVD player and Cable with a sitting area. Master bathroom has a whirlpool and a separate shower. 2nd room has a queen-size bed and 3rd room has two twin-size bunk beds, thus 4 people can sleep comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, and all utensils. Washing and Dryer machine and water heater in laundry.

Additional information about rental rates

• Rental rates quoted in US dollars:

• Minimum stay of three (3) nights

• Renters must be 25 years older-identity verification and proof of age (copy of government-issued ID such as passport or driver's license) is required

• Reservation/Security Deposit - After receiving your notice of intent to rent (via email or fax), your reservation will go on a 72 hour courtesy hold while we receive your reservation/security deposit. The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of reservation deposit plus signed rental contract. This security deposit portion is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provide no damage was found and all provisions are met.

• Security Deposit: Rentals under 1 month: $200 - $400; 1 month or more: One month's rent.

• An advance payment equal to 50% of total rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of the rental rate for the unit is due upon arrival at the property. Total rental costs are due upon booking on reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

• Cancelations made with more than a ninety (90) days notice prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50.00 of the advance/security deposit payment, whichever is greater. If canceling less than 60 days prior to arrival, refunds will be governed by rental contract terms.

• Rental is due in full upon arrival, except for monthly rentals, where 1st month will be due upon arrival and additional months will be automatically charged 1st business day of next monthly term. We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer, and money orders issued by the USPS. Credit cards and payments from your bank account are accepted via Paypal. Personal checks may be accepted.

• Check-in – 3:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out – 11:00 am on departure date. Times flexible depending upon availability
