Charming Cape Cod home near the beach with a large yard located on a quiet street. Perfect setting for 2 families to share a relaxing vacation. Expansive living room, TV area and dining room. Newly refurbished kitchen with marble counters, ceiling fan, dishwasher, disposal and microwave. House sleeps 10:  first floor 2 bedrooms and a full bath and second floor 3 bedrooms with a full bath.  Outdoor shower for sand removal after the beach. Patio in the back yard.  Front and back yards are ideal for a play area for children. Chapoquoit Beach is within walking distance! Wagon available to load kids and sand toys.

Bring your bikes - easy access to Shining Sea bike path that runs 12 miles from Bourne Bridge to Woods Hole. Four adult bikes available for use in garage.

Perfect location for day trips to Marthas Vineyard and/or Nantucket Islands. Parking for the shuttle to the ferry is 1/2 mile away.

Across the street from world famous Chapoquoit Grill for those amazing "WOOD FIRED BRICK OVEN PIZZA". And then walk down the street for some yummy home made ice-cream.

Great House for Families

My friends from college and I rent a house with our families every year. We've stayed in many different places, but this house was one of our favorites. The house was clean and well stocked, and the location is great! Easy to get to and very close to the ferry to MV.

We also appreciated your suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Being so close to the bike trails was perfect for the kids! That was a great way to tire them out at the end of the day.

Thanks again for a great weekend!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
