Outdoor shower for sand removal after the beach. Patio in the back yard. Front and back yards are ideal for a play area for children. Chapoquoit Beach is within walking distance! Wagon available to load kids and sand toys.
Bring your bikes - easy access to Shining Sea bike path that runs 12 miles from Bourne Bridge to Woods Hole. Four adult bikes available for use in garage.
Perfect location for day trips to Marthas Vineyard and/or Nantucket Islands. Parking for the shuttle to the ferry is 1/2 mile away.
Across the street from world famous Chapoquoit Grill for those amazing "WOOD FIRED BRICK OVEN PIZZA". And then walk down the street for some yummy home made ice-cream.
