Large fenced yard with BBQ gas grill Umbrella Table and plenty of seating out-side. Also has rain & sun sheltered gazeebo tent. Out-door shower, faucet and parking off street for 3 cars.

This house will accommadate the largest of families! Close to Everything!

A 3BR , 1 1/2 Bath Cottage also on property available to accomadate up to 8 or more at an additional discounted weekly charge.

Downstairs has a large Ceiling Fanned kitchen with seating for at least six and an attached swing door to Formal Dinning room that will seat at least eight. The fully equipped kitchen has a Washer/Dryer combo and tastefully furnished and decorated with Mahogany styled wainscotting. Galley style cabinet area leading to the Large Formal Dinning Room with all the pots & pans, dishes, utensils you'll need. Also Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Large Refridgerator plus extra Refridgerator on 3 Season porch, Dishwasher, and even 2 Lobster Pots. Everything you would need to feed a large family.

Also downstairs is one bedroom w/queen bed, pillow-top comforter, TV w/dvr, full dresser with half bath attached. Beautifully decorated Living Room has TV w/dvr, Stereo radio, sofa & loveseat, wing back chair, coffee table and end tables and window A/C.  Beautiful hardwood floors through-out!

Large enclosed 3-season farmers porch with trundle bed and plenty of comfortable seating and the extra fridge! 

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a full bath. All bedrooms have queen beds w/ pillow top comforters except one bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with futon bottoms for the extra kids. All bedrooms have window AC's and cable TV's w/dvds. Call or email for web address for more detailed descriptions & photos. We have other properties all walk to beach. We do not supply personal linens but can refer you for linen service if needed.

Walk to the beach and the downtown attractions in just a few minutes to the Famous Wild Kingdom Zoo & Amusement Park, The Goldenrod Taffy House and Restaurant. All our properties have an old fashioned beach wagon to help lug all your stuff to the beach!

Just a Short drive to Long Sands Beach, York Harbor Beach, York River Bridge for fishing and Perkins Cove. Plenty of attractions only a short drive from this location like the Kittery Outlets & Trading Post, many Museums and the National Albacore Submarine Park is only a half hour drive to Portsmouth. Too much to do to describe here! Rain or Shine you'll have a good time!

$300. Deposit required for Reservation re-funded after vacation providing cottage is left "clean & re-rentable".

No Cleaning Fee-You clean before you leave. Cottage has what you need to vac & clean. Leave it the way you found it & there will be no fee.
