~ Weekly Rate: $2,000.00 ($285.00/night)

In-Season Mid-Week Rates:  December 25th - March 7, 2012

~ Nightly Rate for Mid-Week Stay:  $375.00/night

Note:  I do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  Renters must provide a copy of their driver's license when submitting rental agreement and fees.

Summer/Fall Rates:  May 28, 2012 - October 31, 2012
