GREAT Luxury Beach Front Condo. Pets welcome!! in Huntington Beach

Recently remodeled 2br 2ba condo across the street from the world famous Huntington Beach. Steps from the sand, pier and downtown.  We have many requests for the summer. The specials we have currently grant you one free night per paid week of stay. During the summer months or during Holidays we rent on a minimum of one week. We urge to to book your reservation at soon as possible. 

This condo is located at 900 Pacific Coast Highway. The building occupies the entire block between 9th and 10th streets. There is a street light at the corner of 9th as you step out to the street. Our building is the only condo complex between 9th and 17th streets that has a street light. It makes it safe and covenient to reach the beach, the bike path or walk to the pier.

The ocean shore is across the street. The pier is (5) blocks away. We have additional photos of the interior that we'll be happy to send when you contact us. This beach unit just went through a comprehensive facelift that included:
 
1.  New tile floor.
2.  New master shower with travertine and glass door.
3.  AC / Heater repairs & ducts cleaning.
4.  New fire sprinkler system.
5.  Master bedroom / patio sliding glass door.
6.  Living room / patio sliding glass door.
7.  New Master Bedroom furniture .
8.  New Living room furniture.
9.  Repairs and upgrades to 2nd bathroom.
10.Paint various rooms. 

The condo has beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are also two (2) beach cruiser bikes and an LPG bbq in the patio. The master bedroom has italian furniture with a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a day bed with a trundle (two twins). The living room has a large size couch and a full size futton with a thick mattress that sleeps two.

We do not keep surfing equipment here. However, we are negotiating with several surf shops, restaurants, clothing and souvenier shops for discounts to offer our guests as part of their welcome gift. Please let us know if this family vacation includes a special celebration for anyone in your party(birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc).

When you place an inquiry we will automatically send you the the rental agreement and formal invoice with instructions for payment and policy details. Please read it entirely. All guests ages 18 or older are required to sign it. The signed agreement should acompany the rental payment at least thirty (30) days before scheduled arrival.

Mid Season Rates   (Mar - May)...    $1800/w,   $4200/m

Low Season Rates  (Oct -  Feb)...    $1400/w,   $3500/m

Holiday:  Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years  $2200/w

Minimum stay during summer and holidays: 1 week. 

Extra nights prorated at weekly rate.

$100 cleaning fee is non refundable

$700 Security deposit required to reserve and is refundable.   

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 30 days from arrival subject to a $100 fee. We strongly encourage you to acquire travel insurance.
