About The Community

These homes are located in "Big Bass Lake Community".  The Community is gated and is equipped with a brand new club house/pool, children's pool, several lakes, full basketball court, four professional grade tennis courts, a sandy playground with a jungle gym, volleyball area, indoor pool along with a dry sauna and locker rooms plus game room!  See below for photos of this beautiful Community.

About The Area

Why not offer your family the quality of life they deserve?  Although this property is located in the countryside, it is still centrally located.  There is a large shopping center with a full size food store, hardware store, restaurants, drug store, ice cream parlor, and much more less than 10 minutes away. 


The Pocono Mountains have a tremendous variety of attractions, from outdoor adventure to family attractions. Famous for its breathtaking views and rushing waterfalls, the Pocono Mountains are a perfect year round vacation spot. For a fun filled Pocono vacation in the winter, ski the slopes, ride a snowmobile, or become an ice skater. Enjoy the laurel blossoms that bloom in the spring or shop at the outlets, malls or specialty stores in the Poconos area. Horseback riding, hiking the mountains, and biking the trails are just a few activities offered in the Pocono Mountains during summer and fall. Choose any, or all, of these activities for your perfect Pennsylvania vacation.

Please Note:  This rental is for family or adult individuals Only.  The renter whom is responsible for signing must be at least 28 years of age.  All occupants will need to show proof of ID during signing of contracts.  A list of all members attending will be required.  If any of the group members are replaced by another guest, the updated information must be submitted in advance.   


No bachelor, bachelorette, prom, high school, college, or frat parties allowed.  If this is the reason for your visit, please let me know and I will direct you to another rental unit. 


No pets, no smoking.


Shoe Policy:
This home has a shoe rule policy.  In order to keep this house clean and as free of dirt as possibly, we would appreciate if everyone participates and removes their shoes at either the front door or the garage, before entering the living quarters.  We have provided a shoe rack in the garage for your convenience, or you may place them in the closet at the front door.  Although it may appear to be an inconvenience at first, I’m sure you will grow to appreciate it by the end of your trip.

-  Holiday Weeks: $ 1300
-  Professional cleaning service: $ 80 (mandatory)
-  From Saturday to Saturday from periods of one week or more
-  Check-in Saturday:  2:00pm
-  Check-out Saturday:  10:00 am
-  Deposit:  $400 (mandatory) - refunded upon departure inspection
-  Guests must supply their OWN sheets & towels 



Weekend Reservation: 

-  Summer Weekends: $ 700 
-  September 11th on: $ 600
-  Holiday Weekends:  $700 
-  Professional cleaning service: $ 80 (mandatory)
-  From Friday till Sunday
-  Check-in Friday:  12:00 noon
-  Check-out Sunday: 5:00 pm
-  Deposit:  $300 (mandatory) - refunded upon departure inspection
-  Guests must supply their OWN sheets & towels
