access and Nintendo Game Cube with Game Boy adapter.

• 28" Cable TV, VCR, DVD & stereo in the lounge.

This is a stunningly beautiful, private family Owned, 4 Bed, 3 Bath 
Pool Villa with a King Size Bed En-Suite Bathroom in the 1st Master 
Bedroom whilst the 2nd Master Bedroom offers a Queen Size bed with 
En-
Suite bathroom. 

2 x Twin bedded rooms (one is a Disney themed room), with a third 
Bathroom in between.

No expense spared in the extra Luxurious furnishings, designed with 
your comfort in mind where you will want for nothing and will have 
seating for everybody! 

Activities and Attractions

2 Minutes to local shops & restuarants, 5 minutes to Disney and 
about 
20 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

with an easy drive.

For bookings of 6 nights or less Please add £60/$93 cleaning to the 
above prices. 

NONE REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT OF £250/$350 

A $250.00 Damage/Security Deposit will be taken by Credit 
Card “Swipe” at key collection by our Management Company.  It will 
not be used if: a) all provisions of the agreement are complied 
with, 
b) The Villa and contents are left in undamaged condition. (To be 
determined by Management Company or Cleaning Service).
