A $250.00 Damage/Security Deposit will be taken by Credit
Card “Swipe” at key collection by our Management Company. It will
not be used if: a) all provisions of the agreement are complied
with,
b) The Villa and contents are left in undamaged condition. (To be
determined by Management Company or Cleaning Service).
