As you can see from the photos, this is a very special condo. If you want a hassle-free luxury ski vacation, then look no further. This true ski-in/ski-out condo will redefine your perception of convenience.

Here's how it works...Upon arrival, you will park in our heated underground garage. When you enter the building, you walk past the warm fire in the lodge fireplace. Opening the door of the condo, you will be struck by the wall to wall windows and tasteful furnishings and appliances. When you are ready to ski, simply go downstairs, put your boots and skis on, and go. In two minutes you will be at the high-speed ski lift. When you get tired of skiing at the end of the day, ski back to the Timbers--ski right up to the door! Take a break. Then gather everyone together and walk five minutes to dinner and shopping in River Run Village. This is how a ski vacation should be! And it will be if you stay in this condo.

This north-facing condo has a great view of the Snake River a few hundred feet down the mountain. Standing on the deck you will see River Run Village through the trees and the Gore Range further in the distance. The scene really is breathtaking no matter what time of year. In the Spring, Summer and Fall, our rates are very affordable, and there's lots to do in Keystone all year round

1. PLEASE CHECK OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE DATES BEFORE INQUIRING. We try to keep our calendar up to date to reduce unnecessary emails and calls. If the date is shown as booked, you should assume that it is.

2. PRICES LISTED BELOW ARE FIRM. If you wish to negotiate lower rates, please don't waste your time. Listed rates are the only rates available. Longer stays will get the lower rates listed. For example, if you plan to stay only 3 nights, then you should expect to pay the highest rate listed for that timeframe. If you plan to stay 7 nights or more, then you should expect to pay the lowest rate listed for that timeframe.

3. SALES TAX OF 5.775% WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION TO RATES LISTED BELOW. THERE WILL ALSO BE A CLEANING FEE OF $85.00.

4. WE REQUIRE 50% OF YOUR FULL RENTAL PAYMENT TO RESERVE DATES FOR YOU. The remaining 50% will be due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

5. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS CONDO. No one under 25 years old may stay in this condo without being accompanied by someone 25 years old or older.

GUEST SERVICES: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are the most guest oriented and down to earth company in the area. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be. Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Our company goal is to maximize our client’s economic returns by exceeding guest expectations so that you will think of us first when you want to reserve your next vacation.

Keystone Summer Events:

1. Keystone has many summer festivals for you to enjoy that are located just steps from the condo. Some of them include the World Music Festival (June 27), Frontier Fair and July 4 celebration (July 4), Uncorked Wine Festival (July 11-12), Bluegrass and Beer Festival (August 1-2), and the Blues Festival and Art Show (August 22-23).

2. Weekly events for kids and adults like Kids Discovery Days (every Tuesday from June 23-August 11), Family Fun Night with bounce houses for the kids, a dance performance, and carnival games (every Wednesday from July 1- July 29), and The Ant and The Grasshopper Theatre Production at the ampitheatre in River Run Village (every Friday from July 3-Aug 21).

3. Enjoy the following tours: Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours.

4. Take a scenic chair lift to the top of the mountain and enjoy a picnic.

5. Play miniature golf.  It is a short walk away.

6. Enjoy two championship golf courses.

7. Bike with the family on the bike trails or try downhill mountain biking.

8. Take a guided hike with a guide that will tell you about local animals, plants, wildlife, and history.

9. Other summer activities include boating, fly fishing, and rafting. These activities can be scheduled off the resort, but they are very close by.
