The listed rates are PER UNIT, either downstairs or upstairs. A 10% discount is offered when both units are rented together.
My seasonal rates are as follows:
January - May $155 per night per unit
June $230 per night per unit
July - August & Lab day Wkend: $305 per night per unit
September- December: $200 per night per unit
