The listed rates are PER UNIT, either downstairs or upstairs. A 10% discount is offered when both units are rented together.
My seasonal rates are as follows:
January - May $155 per night or $1085 per week per unit
June $230 per night or $1610 per week per unit
July - August & Lab day Wkend: $305 per night or $2135 per week per unit
September- December: $155per night or $1085 per week per unit
