Or just walk across the street, down the private beach access, to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf.  We are a very short 4 minute walk to the beautiful and very quiet beach.

'Happy Ours' is a comfortable and inviting 3 bedroom home with upscale amenities located off of Hwy 30-A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the comforts of home and full of upgrades - from the stainless steel appliances, down to the fondue set! Relax in the master bedroom and look out the French doors to the patio and pool. We have one of the best views in the community overlooking the pool. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and ultra clean! The 2nd room is equipped with a queen bed and walk-in closet and the 3rd bedroom has cozy twin bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD players and lots of games and movies are there for your enjoyment. Don't forget your favorite CDs.  We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet access and phone/long distance.

Our home is so well equipped, all you need to bring is your suitcase!

Transportation:  We have a fun 4-seat Chrysler Gem (electric street legal vehicle) available for rent. Excellent for trips to Alys Beach & Rosemary for shopping and dining, Camp Creek Golf Course or easy transport of beach items to the beach access. Renters enjoy the simplicity of no hassle parking, smooth quiet ride and emission free engine the GEM provides. Available only to licensed and insured drivers (Ages 25+). Please call to inquire about rates.

For the beach/pool: You will find 4 beach chairs, beach bag, umbrella, beach towels, floats, rolling cooler and noodles.  We also have a toddler life vest on the back porch.

For the kids:  Don't bring the Pack-n-Play because we have one.  You'll also find a booster seat, tons of kid's books and toys.  Sippy cups and plastic dinnerware is also available.  We also have a life vest for toddlers, so you don't need to worry!  The pool is equipped with a child gate too.

For your entertainment: Now equipped with golf clubs and fishing poles!  We have free wireless internet, so you can stay connected with family and friends, along with free domestic long distance.  Enjoy watching high definition TV on the LCD flat panel.  New sofa sleeper/loveseat. Enjoy many of the family friendly DVDs or just play a few games (Trival Pursuit, Apples to Apples, Scattergories, Backgammon, Chutes and Ladders, cards, just to name a few!)

For the cook: This modern kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.  The fridge has an ice/water dispenser.  Enjoy the electric fondue set and plates for a unique dining experience.  Also equpped with blender, toaster oven, Pottery Barn placesettings for 12, non-stick cookware, crab pot, tons of kitchen gadgets and a large pantry.  Large gas grill located on the back porch.  Dine al-fresco at the patio table on the deck.
