Villa Alberca - Surfers Paradise in a Poolside Family Friendly 
Setting.

Villa Alberca is located in the upscale oceanfront, guarded, gated, 
resort community of Club Marena at the legendary “K38’s” surf break. 
Don’t go all the way to the ocean only to come up 100 yards short. 
Stay here right on the oceanfront. The living area and master 
bedroom have spectacular oceanfront whitewater & poolside views. The 
sound of the ocean pours into the villa. Marble floors and upscale 
furnishings adorn the villa and enhance your vacation experience. 
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and 3 oceanfront decks as 
well as a washer/dryer, a private atrium and a two car garage.

The surf here is the stuff legends are made of. It breaks from all 
swell directions and a variety of wind and tides. It is a private 
resort so there is NEVER a crowd and always a good vibe. The Villas 
are protected from the northerly weather patterns so the environment 
is warmer and dryer than San Diego.

                                     $225 - Minimum 4 night stay*    
All other times
            Thursday to Sunday Night $195 - Minimum 3 night stay* **
         Monday thru Wednesday Night $175 - Minimum 2 night stay* 

* Weeks stay gets 1 free day - stay for 7, pay for 6 (Friday to 
Friday weeks only)!!

** Last minute Special - If the villa is available inside of 14 days 
then 2 nights are OK.

*** Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving each require full 
week stay (relaxed 1 month out).
