Saturna Seaside-Beautiful Waterfront Home in Saturna Island

Saturna Seaside is a beautiful watrfront home on Saturna Island in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada. The home sleeps 10 and easily accommodates one or two families. Some of this home's most compelling features are the breathtaking views of Winter Cove, Samuel Island, Boat Pass, Anniversary Island and lights of Grouse Mountain from the deck, kitchen, bedroom, living and dining rooms.  All the rooms are spacious and comfortable.  The grounds are nature at its best with a walk-on beach access and two lawn areas-one ocean side and one forest side for your enjoyment. 10 minute walk to 2 beautiful beaches at Winter Cove Park and Veruna Bay Beach.  A great place to relax and enjoy nature, friends and family. Weekly rentals in summer. 2 night minimun the rest of the year.

Large kitchen and dining area,

During the Summer, we rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. $2000/wk + $200 cleaning + $500 refundable sec. deposit. If there are more than 8 quests, an additional $80/wk/person will apply.  If your accommodation needs are less (6 people or less) and you do not wish to use the King Suite, the rate is $1800/wk + $200 cleaning + $500 sec. deposit.  These rates are not subject to additional HST nor Hotel Tax.  Check In is after 4:30 PM and Check Out is by 9:30 AM

During the remainder of the year, we require a 2 nt minimun rental.  $275/nt. + $150 cleaning + $500 ref. sec. deposit. If there are more than 8 quest, an additional $10/nt/person will apply. If your accommodation needs are less (6 people or less) and you do not use the King Suite the  rate is $250/nt + $150 cleaning + $500 sec. deposit. These rates are not subject to additional HST nor Hotel Tax.  Extended Check In and Out times may be arranged.
