Ocean View Condo - Great Family Resort in Hilton Head Island in Hilton Head Island

Affordable, newly refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa including a fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room. TV, VCR/DVD, linens, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, iron/ironing board and more. Enjoy sunrise and ocean views from the screened balcony. Also, panaramic views of the salt water tidal marsh and lagoons which attrack many native birds.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security.  The resort offers 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, work-out room and indoor track, 6 lighted tennis courts with no add'l court fees. Poolside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner within minutes of my villa.  Also, at the Island grill (2) computers available (fees apply). WiFI avail in bldg #3.  Relax by the pool listening to beach music or enjoy a game of ping pong. 

Walk to our private beach across the salt marsh or take the golf cart shuttle at not add'l fee.  While there enjoy some refreshments at 'Cocos' our beach cabana bar and grill. (opened Spring-late Fall) All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels and sun screen.  Don't forget the camera!

All you need is at the resort, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool plus childrens pool, sauna, jacuzzi, track, tennis courts, volleyball court on the beach, beach access via boardwalk across the tidal marsh or ride the shuttle to an AWESOME private beach. But if you want to explore the Island the bike trail is just outside our resort and goes for miles.  The Island also offer unlimited choices for fine dining, golf, fishing outlet shopping, playhouse, horseback riding, jet skis, kayaking, and so much more.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. All renters must be 18 years of age or older.

Peak Season: June - August ($775.00/wkly), $1500 monthly, $150.00 per night with 2 night minimum if available.

Fall: Sept - Oct $425.00 weekly, $710.00 monthly, $60.00 per night with 2 night minimum.

Winter:  Nov - Feb $425.00 weekly, $750.00 monthly, $90.00 per night with 2 night minimum

Spring:  Mar - May $525.00 weekly, $775.00 monthly, $90 per night with 2 night minimum.

In addition,a $75.00 cleaning fee is required (this includes linens, towels and starter supplies). Plus an 11% SC Sales and Accomodation tax is required.

Note:  a $100.00 non-refundable reservation payment by check or money order 2 weeks prior to rental is required.  Until confirmed rates are subject to change. All guests must comply to Hilton Head Resort rules and regulations.
