Kailua Beach is one of the best places to swim in the clear azure waters. Because of the steady onshore wind and shallow waters, Kailua is a great place to learn to windsurf. The beach gradually slopes offshore, and there are no hazardous water conditions. The beach has shade trees, and wide, sandy areas. The fine coral sand makes great sandcastles. There are no food concessions or hotels.

This very private Hawaii vacation home captures the essence of cool, tropical living.
