The Pilot House in Holland

The Pilot House is located within an historic, private, and gated Lake Michigan beach community with prime, sandy beaches on Holland's South Side. The cottage has exquisite views of Lake Macatawa, Eldean's Shipyard, and the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club. It is located on Holland's south pier, adjacent to Holland's "Big Red" Lighthouse. 

The Pilot House is a cottage style condo, attached to a private residence. It features a private entrance to an upper, sunlit 2 bedroom unit with a fully-equipped kitchen, balcony level, vaulted roofed porch overlooking the captivating harbor life, a full bath, Maytag washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, and high-speed Internet. Linens included. The gateway to private Lake Michigan sandy beaches is a simple, natural path along the channel.

Impressive, historic cottages, bike paths, natural trails,  tennis courts, beach volleyball, prime beaches, and close proximity to Holland (5 miles) and Saugatuck (7 miles) give this resort its sought after ambience. It is about a 50 minute drive to  downtown Grand Rapids. 

June, July, August and early September:

Openings are by the week, Saturday to Saturday, beginning at $800 for early June rentals to $1,200 for peak summer weeks.

Summer weekly rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.
