Beautiful, serene 1BR, 1BA condo in the quaint seaside village of historic Southport, NC.
Near marina, river front, and historic downtown, & 1/2 block from locals' favorite restaurant, PJ's. A $15 gift certificate to PJ's with each rental of one week or more.
Third level (elevator avail.), very quiet; secure, secluded neighborhood. Very nicely furnished including pots, pans, all kitchen necessities, towels, linens, paper products; queen sleeper sofa in LR and new queen mattress in MBR, new carpet, paint. Private balcony with table for outside dining, and rocking chairs for sitting & watching the sunsets.

A quaint sea coast village, Southport has many attractions to fill your vacation time. Any and all water activities abound: sailing, power boating, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, charter boats, jet skiing.......you name it! Or there's antiquing galore; stroll the quiet streets or historic cemetery with their ancient moss-filled oaks & view the historic homes, enjoy shopping in the many eclectic shops, or go for a wine-tasting, or a gourmet meal in any one of the many delicious restaurants;go down to the waterfront & watch the fishing & shrimping boats come in; buy some local seafood & bring it home for dinner; take a short drive to the area beaches or hit one of the many golf courses; stroll the river front beach in search of sea glass or bits of pottery; enjoy the local art that abounds or take in one of the many music or theatre events that are popular in the area; history buffs can enjoy nearby Ft. Caswell, local Ft. Johnston, or take the ferry across the river to Ft. Fisher; the NC Maritime Museum at Southport is located in the downtown area. All rentals include utilities. No credit cards please. Cash, cashiers check, or money order at check in for weekly or weekend rentals; checks acceptable for monthly rental.

"Summer Months" are June, July, August. ; ("Week" is 7day-6night)Summer weekly rate $880; rest of year $680 per week. Check in Sunday 10am, check out Saturday 12 noon.
Week-end rental: Summer (when available) $450; Rest of year, $350; check in 4pm Friday; check out 12 noon Sunday.
Monthly rental $1350/mo. (28 days). Requires $500 security deposit; $100 cap on utilities.
