Beautiful Shoreline Estate in Killingworth

This 1805 farm house sits on 14.5 acres. The rooms are large, the ceilings high and the windows big although the house maintains all the charm of a center chimney cape. There are 4 fireplaces, a huge great room, an eat in kitchen, a sun porch, a TV room, a library, 3 bedrooms with their own bath as well as a room with a fold out queen.  The house spills onto two different patios and a huge yard with old growth trees, flower beds, and a gold fish pond.  There are also two large ponds and lots of woods to hike around in.  Additionally, there is a separate studio with a  king bed and full bath. Finally their are chickens in the yard, a huge veggie garden, and 3 barn cats.  The place is magical and removed while still close to town, beaches, a great lake, hiking, and horse back riding. There is a  local vineyard and an outlet mall a few miles down the road. So there is something for everyone. It takes five minutes to drive to a  great beach or to Madison town center, five minutes drive to the grocery store, and 45 minutes to the casinos.

We rent by the week or two week time period only. We do not rent by the night, weekend or month. Payment due at time of reservation. 500 dollar security deposit is refunded with in the month after renting pending damages. There is an additional 150 cleaning fee.
