Brief Description: This two bedroom home is located on three private acres, about 20 minutes south of Livingston. The home has a beautiful and private treed yard in back, and terrific patio space with wide open mountain views out front. There is access to babbling Mill Creek just a short walk from the home. Kids will love playing and wading.... and fishermen can practice a little casting before breakfast!

Bedrooms and baths: The home has two tastefully decorated bedrooms and one and a half baths. The master bedroom has a log frame queen bed and is on the main level of the home. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower just off the hallway from this bedroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom in the home, with two double beds. There is a half bath on the upper level of the home.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has high quality appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the patio you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals.

Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table for up to eight guests. There are also several barstools at the kitchen counter for chatting with the cook.

Living room, sun room and family room: The living room is off to the side of the dining room and kitchen - the open space of this home is great for gathering after your day's adventures. The furniture is situated around the fireplace for evening get togethers. The sun room is located through french doors off the dining area. Cozy leather sofas are situated to enjoy the fireplace, and the gorgeous views of the Absaroka Mountains. Upstairs in the "family room" are some deep, comfy sofas and the television with Satellite and VCR and DVD player. There is also a small office area for those with work to do on vacation! 


What's included: You’ll receive a complimentary security deposit waiver so you don’t have to pay a security deposit. Your home is completely prepped before you arrive and fully cleaned after your stay – at no charge to you. For guests who stay twelve nights or more, a weekly cleaning is also included. Additional housekeeping can all be arranged with a bit of prior notice. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, include good quality bed and bath linens, staples like paper goods, laundry and dish washing supplies, and our signature Mountain Home hand soaps. You just bring your gear and the groceries!

Other details: To ensure that all of our homes are maintained to the highest standards for our guests, no smoking is allowed in any of our homes and no pets are allowed on our properties without prior written approval from Mountain Home.

Setting, acreage, views: Mill Creek Retreat is located on three private acres. The rugged Absaroka Mountain range is nearly all you can see from the home! Fishermen will be able to access Mill Creek, just a short walk from the home. The Yellowstone River is just a couple minutes away by car!

Activities nearby: Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing, horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Gardiner and Bozeman have to offer. Chico Hot Springs is about 6 miles from the home.

Closest town and airport: It's about 20 miles to Livingston and 40 miles to Gardiner. Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport is about one hour from the home.

This home has a three night minimum.  Three night rates starting at $655 per night.
