Brief Description: This three bedroom home enjoys a private location in the Paradise Valley about 25 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. Guests will enjoy fantastic mountain views and lots of peace and quiet at this home.

Bedrooms and baths: The home has three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed and large private bath. The bath has a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is one full bathroom off in the hall between these bedrooms.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals.

Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table for six, or even eight if you have guests for dinner.

Living room: The living area is off to the side of the dining room and kitchen - the open space of this home is great for gathering after your day's adventures. Cozy leather furniture is situated around the fireplace. There is a television with satellite, plus a DVD player and VCR with a small movie selection. The best thing about the living room is the incredible view out the many windows!

Setting, acreage, views: Paradise Vista is located on 10 private acres. The rugged Absaroka Mountain range is nearly all you can see from the home! Wildlife visitors may include deer, fox, and an occasional bald eagle.

This is a green home! Paradise Vista is in our Green Homes program – an effort by Mountain Home and our homeowners to be a bit gentler on our beautiful landscape. To be a Green Home, a property must utilize compact fluorescents for at least 75% of its lighting, supply recycled fiber paper products, use gentler cleaning products, and offer recycling bins for guest use.
In addition, the owners have replaced the hot water heater with an on-demand tankless heater. Rainwater collectors are installed at the house in order to use that runoff water for irrigation of the trees. The property is only landscaped with drought tolerant native plants, no lawn to water or maintain.

What's included: You’ll receive a complimentary security deposit waiver so you don’t have to pay a security deposit. Your home is completely prepped before you arrive and fully cleaned after your stay – at no charge to you. For guests who stay twelve nights or more, a weekly cleaning is also included. Additional housekeeping can all be arranged with a bit of prior notice. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, include good quality bed and bath linens, staples like paper goods, laundry and dish washing supplies, and our signature Mountain Home hand soaps. You just bring your gear and the groceries!

Other details: To ensure that all of our homes are maintained to the highest standards for our guests, no smoking is allowed in any of our homes and no pets are allowed on our properties without prior written approval from Mountain Home.

Activities nearby: Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing, horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Gardiner and Bozeman have to offer.

Closest town and airport: It's about 30 miles to Livingston or Gardiner, 55 miles to Bozeman and 65 miles to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.
