7 Bed Luxury Villa in Davenport

Owners response: I'm so sorry that these issues occurred, but did so due to a guest leaving later than expected and new guests arriving earlier than expected, hence the cleaners were not finished on arrival but was completed in full and the missing toilet brushes replaced within 24 hours.
The screen pool was replaced with a new one, which had to be ordered.
My manager called at the house on 4 occasions and took a gift as a means of an apology for the house not being ready on arrival.
With regards to the internet, this is the first time in 4 years that anyone has had a problem, so it could be a laptop issue, but the whole site is wifi, and the clubhouse which is 4 mins away is the hub.
I received 3 e mails in the first 3 days and responded to each and everyone the same day, and followed this up with my manager, who then got in contact.
This is a family home, which we only rent out for 24 weeks of the year, the remainder is set for own use.
The property has the carpets cleaned every 3 months, the interior painted every 6 months and the deck treated every quarter.
With regards to the location: It is 14 mins from the Champions Gate exit of I4, 10 mins from Publix and there are numerous non corporate retail outlets nearby. It is not in the heart of the 'beer and booze strip" nor is it near casino's and tacky souvenir shops, however it is within very easy reach of all attractions, which you can visit and then return home to the peace and tranquility of this lovely home, sent in a conservation area, overlooking the wildlife at the back, within a secure quiet gated community where you can stroll and your children can play in total safety.

This is the first poor review we have ever received, and would have hoped that any clients would contact us first, however we can assure everyone, that this is and individuals' personal view, and I would rather focus on the positives, than a missing toilet brush.
