Penthouse condominium located in Indian Shores, Florida directly
facing the Gulf of Mexico with breath taking views of the Gulf. Watch
dolphins play and swim, watch Pelicans fly by the balcony where you
can almost touch them. Let the waves lull you to sleep at night in
the master bedroom. You get a full view of the gulf and the beach.
When choosing a gulf front beach unit, make sure that you know where
the unit is located in the condominium. You could get only a partial
view instead of a panorama view of the Gulf. 2 Br. 2 BA. SLEEPS
MAXIMUN 4 GUEST, INCLUDING CHILDREN.
A 12 % sales tax added and departure
fee $100. Holiday periods in "Low" or "Mid" season is charged 10% more
than the quoted rates. A $300 security deposit must be received 10
days after booking to hold reservations. Personal check accepted if
received 30 days prior to arrival, cash or cashiers check only.
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival for a full refund
of security deposit, a $25 fee if after 45 days. Prices are subject
to change without notice. Keys will be sent after full payment is
received. Check-in is at 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Send e-

From Tampa International Airport, follow exit I-275 south towards St.
Petersburg... cross the Howard Franklin Bridge, going west (I275) to
old exit 15, go west on Park Blvd , until you can go no further,
cross the bridge to the beach and turn left at light. Unit is 100
yards from light

leisure time sunbathing, swimming, windsurfing, and sailing. Beach
trolley outside the front door to areas up and down the beach.
Enjoy the nearby sites of Disney MGM Studios, Sea World, Walt
Disney's Magic Kingdom, EPCOT Center, Universal Studios, Animal
Kingdom, Gatorland, Busch Gardens and all within two hours of this
area. Tampa International Airport only 45 minutes away.
