Our unit is a one bedroom plus bunk area that sleeps 6 comfortably with the pull out sofa. We have taken care to provide our guests with an upscale and comfortable experience perfect for a family vacation. All furnishings are brand new. A few special features of our condo:

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Exceptions:  During the weeks of Spring Break (March through mid-April), we reserve the right to pass on rentals with guests between the ages of 15 and 24 (inclusive).
