Awesome two story carriage house located in the Inlets.    Only a 1.6 miles to Nokomis beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully furnished home enjoys a large lanai overlooking a small lake, which includes, each and every night,  a panoramic view of the sunset. Enjoy lounging in the Jacuzzi hot tub, just across the small lane. This unit is   furnished in the Tommy Bahama Style. Fully furnished Master Suite with King Bed and cathederal ceilings as well as another large lanai overlooking the lake. The guest suite has two twin beds and a private bathroom with tub and shower enclosed behind door. Linens are provided throughout. Beach towels, bikes,  golf clubs, grill and some beach toys are also provided. One Car Garage.  This quiet neighborhood is ideally designed for biking, walking or jogging. Enjoy the Tennis Complex, within the community. A community  pool is located directly across from the condo. The newly completed Legacy Trail is a short distance away - an excellent trail for biking rollerblading or walking and Casey Key Beach is 1 minute away.  Rent here and belong to the community, cards, trivia, floatillas, shows, dinners and dances, book clubs, aerobics, guys Sunday burgers and horseshoes.

The area boasts many beautiful beaches, fishing piers, marinas, boat rentals, and excellent shelling. Walk along the Venice jetty and capture the scent of the ocean – always keeping watch for the dolphins and the Great Blue Herons or Pelicans as they wait for their dinner or watch the boats heading out to cruise the spectacular Gulf of Mexico. Join in the fun on the beach at sunset – admiring the colorful Florida sunsets, listening to the sounds of the bongo drums as the sun fades into the night. The condo is also a short drive to Oscar Scherer State Park where you can enjoy hiking, bird watching, kayaking and canoeing.

A short drive north is Sarasota and the top rated Siesta Key Beach with its white powdered sand. Visit the Sarasota Opera, the Asolo Theatre, Sarasota Ballet, Ringling Museum, Art Galleries, the Selby Botanical Gardens and many fine restaurants. You are in a perfect location for day trips! Easy access to I-75 - only one and half hours to Tampa’s Busch Gardens and Adventure Island; Two hours to Orlando and the Disney Parks and one hour to Fort Myers.
