This beautiful property offers you amazing views from two decks overlooking the beach below. Direct beach access is directly adjacent to the property, so just step outside and down to the sandy beach! Very close to the famous pier, but far enough to enjoy your privacy.

There is also a brand new beach trail directly below the property, where you can enjoy walking, running, biking and much more.

An attached two car garage for your convenience and storage. Master suite with an amazing ocean view and the guest bedroom and second bathroom are located upstairs. A full kitchen with dining area, living room, wet bar, sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and half bath are located downstairs.

This newly renovated, fully furnished property offers simple clean living, new hardwood floors downstairs, and feels very cozy and inviting - perfect for an unforgettable vacation in sunny Southern California!
