Villa Tropical Garden is a typical Florida-Style-House with a screened in lanai that reaches around the whole home. The lot is 2.5 acres big and is completely fenced in. The house was built in 1975 but was completely remodeled in 2008. The new upgrades included new bathrooms, a new roof, new hurricane safe windows and doors, new tile floors, electric, A/C, plumbing, well, water system and much more. The backyard was raised up with 50 truckloads of dirt and an in ground pool was added which is also closed in with a 15 ft high screen.
There is comfortable room for up to 5 people in the 2 bedroom, 2 baths home. A fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and a DeLonghi Coffee/Espresso maker is hard to find in any other rental home. The luxurious living room has German designer sofas and a PC with high speed wireless internet connection. Flat screen TV’s with over 100 cable channels are installed in the living room and the master bedroom.
The extensive landscaping on the property offers Grape fruit-, Orange- and Citrus trees as well as more than 10 different palm trees and dozens of other plants. The name Tropical Garden was no coincidence for this beautiful Vacation retreat.
